Conceptualized in 2011, and first implemented in 2015, Progression Sessions ([PS]) are a series of theme based dinner conversations with a small and intimate group of people.

The idea was first assembled by Nadir Ait-Laoussine who found himself needing a forum to talk with peers about not just current events but a broader set of conversations. A core theme for Nadir, at the time, was professional development and growth.

As the start of 2016, Nadir opted to bring [PS] closer to some of his other efforts, and decided to make the gathering more regular, while keeping the group small and intimate.
